I retired after almost 30 years with the state of Wyoming and was extremely nervous about starting a new position. But after starting at Martindale Consultants, I am incredibly happy that I did. Martindale Consultants and my coworkers could not have been more welcoming and reassuring that I made the right choice. I love the people I work with! They are the most caring, fun, and intelligent coworkers and I really enjoy working at Martindale Consultants.

Before joining the Martindale Team, I dedicated my career to the same entity for 11 years. Why is that important to note? Well, in the first 3 months of being at Martindale, I felt more valued than I did in 11 years at my previous job. Martindale is like no other employer I’ve ever seen. We work hard and grow as a family every day to fulfill our clients’ needs, and we have a great time while doing it! Being valued, heard, and understood puts Martindale above the rest. I am so thankful I took this path!

Martindale was my first job out of college and allowed me to develop into a confident and competent employee. They instilled in me trust and freedom to take on new projects while also feeling supported in my role. They are loyal to their people and prioritize that over anything else. One year into my time at Martindale, I had another opportunity come up and ending up working somewhere else. A year and a half later, an unexpected transition caused me to leave that same job. I actually returned to a similar role here at Martindale shortly after that. In that turn of events, they demonstrated their loyalty to me. Anyone that spends any amount of time at Martindale is valued.
